“…Since you mentioned that they're for expensive items, another reason you might be keeping the boxes is because there's some kind of return or exchange policy for the product. If that's the case, I would encourage you to set a time limit for how long you can keep the boxes. Maybe the easiest way to do this is to set the time limit for how long the return policy is. For example, if the return policy for your hair dryer is 30 days, maybe set a reminder for a few days before that so you have time to return it if that's something you want to consider doing. But if you decide you want to keep the product once your reminder goes off, you can just toss the box!…”

Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your Declutter University purchase, we’ll refund your tuition. We stand behind our Declutter University Program and believe in the results in can deliver. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us within 30 days and we will issue a refund.
The quality of both the Bachelor’s and the Master’s Programs is the exact same. We stand by our top-notch University status and level of success no matter which path you choose!
The main difference between the Programs is the level of support you will receive after you enroll, to help you complete your studies. When you join our Bachelor’s Degree Program, you will be entering our Self-Study Online Program.
Inside the Bachelor’s Program you will receive:

You can take as long as you need to complete the coursework inside either DU Program, but our recommendation is to try to move through everything in 6 months. (Can you picture it! A completely clutter-free house in less than 6 months!)
If you opt for our Master’s Program, 6 months is how long your One-On-One Support, Weekly Pep-Talks, Group Coaching Calls, and ‘Do It With Me’ Sessions will last, to encourage you to take swift action towards your clutter and stress-free life goals.
You’ll start by setting up a login and password for your DU Online Portal. Then you’ll move through your Declutter U Coursework, starting with our Orientation so you know exactly what to expect and what to do next.
Following Orientation, you will continue on with your Coursework and Labs when you have time, and mix in the added layers of personalized Master’s support as they come up (if you opted for that path).
Realistically, if you stick with your studies, you can expect to see noticeable progress (i.e. less stuff and a tidier home!!) within the first 3 weeks – valuable mindset progress the first week (as you go through the first couple lessons) and physical progress (i.e. less stuff in your home) after your very first Lab.
